USDA’s Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program

  • Qualifications for the program are based on gross household income and size
  • Applicant’s must receive household income below the Food Distribution Office’s established income level or are eligible for Food Stamps, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, Supplemental Security Income, or Medicaid.
  • Applications are completed the day of Distribution, at the site, Turner Center on 2250 NE Roan Street, the third Thursday of every month.
  • You can also apply at the Administration Building at the Community Services office at 201 E. Oak St. Suite 202 Arcadia, FL  34266
  • Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap.
